Return Policy

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted for the Premium Polycarbonate Greenhouse only.

  • To be eligible, the greenhouse must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging, including all parts and hardware.

Return window

  • You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • After 14 days, all sales are final and any issues are handled under the manufacturer’s warranty if applicable.

Condition and inspection

  • Returned items must be clean, undamaged, and suitable for resale; items showing signs of assembly, modification, or misuse are not eligible for a refund.

  • Once the return is received, it will be inspected within 7–10 business days, after which a refund will be approved or declined.

Damaged or incorrect items

  • If your greenhouse arrives damaged or with missing parts, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging, product, and shipping label.

  • Approved claims will receive a full refund, as we want you to have the best quality product at hand

Refunds

  • For approved returns, a refund of the product price will be issued to your original payment method; original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective or sent in error.

How to start a return

  • Email our support team with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

  • If your request is approved, you will receive return instructions and a return authorization that must be included in the package.
